3. Custom Artwork & Customer Content
Customers may upload artwork, logos, images, text, or other content for printing.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
You own the rights to use the submitted material or have obtained the necessary permissions.
The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
The content is not unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or misleading.
Fresh X Prints reserves the right to reject any artwork or order that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
4. Proof Approval
For products requiring artwork approval:
Digital proofs may be provided before production.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, grammar, layout, dimensions, colors, and other design details.
Once a proof is approved, Fresh X Prints is not responsible for any errors that appear in the final printed product.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
6. Orders
Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
Fresh X Prints reserves the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order.
Limit product quantities.
Correct pricing or product description errors.
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
If an order is cancelled after payment, an appropriate refund will be issued.
7. Payment

8. Production & Delivery
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on:

Artwork approval
Order volume
Material availability
Shipping carrier delays
Fresh X Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, weather conditions, customs, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of custom printing, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
The product is defective.
The incorrect product was supplied.
The item was damaged during shipping.
Customers must report any issues within 7 days of receiving their order and provide photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion after reviewing the claim.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted because products are custom manufactured.
